Regular Priced Purchases are valid for store credit towards a next purchase, or refund within 30 days from the delivery date. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached, jewelry must be in its original packaging. Returning shipping charges are non-refundable. FINAL SALE ITEMS MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE.
- Please email us at email@example.com to request a return authorization
- Securely repack the item, on a box or envelope of your choice.
- Return the package by using your local Post Office, obtain a tracking number and a proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting and a tracking number.
- Please allow up to 15 business days after the product is received for your account to be credited.
- We’ll make sure to keep you updated and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your refund.
- All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition.
- Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.
